Changing the chatbot message position

• Log in to your Apartment Ocean account
• Go to “Widget Customization” section --> Option 11
• This is an option to show the chatbot avatar on the left side or right side in the chat
• Default position is the left side, as seen below

• If you’d like to change the position of the chatbot avatar, please click on the field that shows “left” and choose the ‘right’ option
• After you are done changing the position, please click on the “Save” button on the bottom of the page to save the change
